Enemies = level 12

The loot treasure is inside the building. 

There are 2 unmarked treasures in the area. 1st one is in the building to the right. (The building with green roof)

Go to the 2nd floor and loot the carbon crystal.

Second chest is in left side building.

You will go inside this building during the Old Times side quest.
